James Morton

Divorced sometime after 1860.

After the divorce from Eliza Baker, James moved to Indian Territory, near Tahlequah. He remarried and is said to have had two more sons, another Tom and Jackson. He was possibly buried in an Indian cemetery near Tahlequah in the late 1880's.
