In 1758, Ralph Jackson Jr. deeded 200 acres in Amelia Co to Joel, the land on Licking Creek.
I question the date of death shown. It appears to be very close to the same death date given for his nephew, who was also named Joel, a son of his brother Francis. The brother Francis also had a son named Francis as well as Joel. There is a will for Joel Jackson in Amelia Co. It is dated 12 Feb 1795 and was proved on 23 Aug 1795 - his brother Francis was his only heir and Executor. This older Joel also had a brother Francis but that brother was deceased prior to August of 1795 - therefore, the will must be that of the nephew.
