Individual Details
HENRIETTA "ETTA" WISHARD
(7 Dec 1861 - 6 Apr 1956)
In the 1920 Census, Etta lived on Cottonwood Street in Ladonia, age 57 born Iowa, both parents born in Illinois [an error]. Velma and husband Bill Bertram lived with her.
In 1930, she was living with son-in-law "Charlie" R. Haden - Robert C. Haden. Age 68, widowed, lists age at first marriage as 18, but this is incorrect. Born in Iowa, parents born in Illinois [which is also incorrect]. She is marked as "Mother" but she was Audrey's mother not R. C.'s - probably Audrey talked to the enumerator.

Her father was Robert Wishard, born in Iowa; her mother Levina Cuvner, born in Iowa (none of this is quite right - her father was born in Indiana, her mother, Lavinia Carney was born in Ohio) Mrs. R. C. Haden (her daughter Audrey) gave the information. Henrietta died of heart failure and uremic coma. Buried on April 8th at the Oddfellows Cemetery - now Ladonia City Cemetery.
