Services for Elijah Cary Baker, 85, of 1115 Ford Ave., Tarrant, were held today at Brown-Service Norwood Chapel. The Rev. Porter K. Wallace Jr. officiated. Burial was in Forest Hill Cemetery.
One of Tarrant's oldest citizens, Mr. Baker is survived by two daughters, Mrs. ruby Cain and Mrs. Lucille Walker, both of Tarrant; three sons, Alfred C. Baker, Longview, TX, Forrest R. Baker, Kilgore, TX, and Robert O. Baker, Eureka Springs, Ark. 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
