Granted 100 acres to John Bean, 100 acres, surveyed 20 Jul 1827. On Blackburn's Fork of Roaring River. Begin south side said fork; crossing creek; Burkel Kennard's Southwest corner of his 20 acre tract, his line. Including said Bean's house and part of his improvements. Signed at Nashville, 11 Sep 1828, Gov. Sam Houston, Daniel Graham, Secretary.
