Comstock and Catherine Comstock, minors under 14, children of Jacob Comstock and grandchildren of Justin Olds...distribution to Cromwell Brown Comstock and Catherine Comstock, children of Mehitable Comstock, deceased wife of Jacob Comstock and daughter of Justin Olds. (NOTE: Charles Bennett was born 1752 in Smithfield RI and died 20 Dec. 1834; he m 21 May 1775 to Anne Sprague, d/o Amos and Marcy Sprague, born Smithfield RI 31 Jan 1755 and died 16 Feb. 1847 in Ludlow MA. Charles was in Ludlow before 1807. He had son Charles b Smithfield 14 Sept 1783 who was in Ludlow in 1813 and died 4 Sept. 1859. Another child was Anna.)
