Bobby Joe Mead was born 18 Sep 1936, Wilson Co, KS, and died in Hays, Ellis Co, Kansas, 4 May 2015, and is buried Pawnee Rock, Barton Co, Kansas.
His wife Carole died 1 Jul 2002. She was born 2 Feb 1938 at Garden City. Survivors in her obituary included husband Bob, son, Alan K. of Newton; daughter, Karla K. Hartzell of Beverly.

GREAT BEND - Aldine L. Mead, 85, died Jan. 18, 2004, at Woodhaven Care Center, Ellinwood.
She was born April 26, 1918, at Cedar Vale, the daughter of T.F. and Ada E. Niles Randel. A Great Bend resident since 1987, moving from Coffeyville, she was a homemaker.
She belonged to First Christian Church, Coffeyville.
On Sept. 15, 1935, she married Elmer O. Mead at Cedar Vale. He died June 1975.
Survivors include: two sons, Bob, Pawnee Rock, and Bill, Great Bend; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: a son, Gary; two brothers, Claude and John; and three sisters, Madge Foster, Marie Foster and Leola Johnson.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Pawnee Rock Cemetery, Pawnee Rock, with Pastor Don Paden presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday, all at Bryant Funeral Home, Great Bend.
Memorials may be sent to Barton County Relay For Life, in care of the funeral home.

Although the above obituary gives no hint - there must have been a divorce from Elmer Mead and a second marriage.

LINN CREEK - Services for Harvey G. Frederick, Linn Creek, will be at 11 am Monday in Allee-Reed Funeral Home, Camdenton. Burial will be in Freedom Cemetery, near Linn Creek.
Mr. Frederick, a farmer and former restaurant owner, died Thursday afternoon in his home.
Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Sunday in the funeral home.
