For Love & affection to my beloved son Joseph Perkins upon my decease.  Tract of land in Hanover,Louisa & Goochland but when taken up was in Henrico by dated 9 Jul 1724.  The same land I now live upon –347 acres, three rods and 20 poles.  To him and his heirs.  Also two Negro slaves, Paret & Aaron.  18 May 1761.  Signed:  Constant Perkins
