I did not find Eliza or William in 1900.

However, there is a marriage record in Medford, Taylor, Wisconsin, 1 Feb 1883 for Ann Eliza Mars to John "Kenerson". His parents were Joseph & Sally Kenerson and he was born in New Hampshire. Ann Eliza Mars lists her parent as Silas Hoskins.

There is another marriage in Farmington, Waupaca Co, Wisconsin, 9 July 1889, for Edwin E. Fairchild to Ann E. Kennison. His parents were Isaac Fairchild & Olive Dayton; his birthplace Brown Co, NY. Ann's were Silas Hoskins and Amanda Allen - yet her place of birth is stated as Malcolm, GA (which does not exist - either just wrong or transcribed wrong). There is a note: Residence, Veterans Home, Waupaca Co, WI. There is no image - only a transcription. And there was a Veterans Home at King, Waupaca Co.
Edwin E. Fairchild is buried Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, King, Waupaca, WI with these dates: b: 24 May 1823, New York. d: 5 Aug 1891, King, Waupaca, WI.
Served as a Private, Co. H, 3rd Wisconsin Infantry, Union Army, Civil War
Eliza A. Fairchild is buried there as well - b. 1829 "Georgia" - probably taken from the marriage record. Died 11 Mar 1896, King, Waupaca, WI
