Mr. J. Walter Maddox, age 73, of Clanton, Ala., Rte 1, died at 10 am Tuesday in Central Alabama Hospital.
Funeral was held at 2 pm Wednesday from Concord church, conducted by the Rev. R. W. Stuckey and Rev. John Rountree, and Rev. A. T. Hickman. Interment was in Church cemetery. He is survived by wife; 2 daughters - Mrs. A. Z. Tippett of Clanton, Rte 1; Mrs. J. M.
