Ollie Mae French died 12 Sep 1946 in Odessa, Ector Co, TX. Her residence was 811 N. Jefferson St. She had lived in Odessa about two years. She died of pulmonary tuberculosis. Born 9 Oct 1903 in Oklahoma, she was a month short of age 43 when she died. She was married. Her father listed as G. W. Stevens, born Arkansas - her mother unknown. Sam J. Trener was the informant. Buried in Fanshawe, OK, 13 Sep 1946.

Mrs. French Dies After Long Illness
Mrs. Ollie Mae French, 45, died Thursday after a long illness at her home, 811 Jefferson St.
Mrs. French, the wife of Sam French, employee of L. C. Jones Trucking Company was bor in Oklahoma, in 1903. she was married to French in 1925 and they have lived in Odessa for four years.
She is survived by her husband; four sons, Donald J., Earnest E., Leo Ray and Samuel Jr., all of Odessa; three brothers, Roy, Charles and Nealie Stevens; and three sisters, Mrs. Mattie Bailey of Marion, NC; Mrs. Emmie seabolt, Odessa, and Mrs. Ester Cureton, Gladewater.
Mrs. French's body will be carried overland to Fanshawe, Okla. for burial.
