Thomas Mitchell

Thomas and Nancy lived near her father in Harford County, Maryland until about 1796 when the Mitchells and Clarks all moved to Belmont Co, Ohio. In 1810, Thomas had 515 acres in Pease Township: a grant in Section 3, Twp 7, Range 3, Territory northwest of the Ohio and above the Kentucky River - signed 18 Feb 1806 by Pres. Thomas Jefferson. Thomas Mitchell was a justice of the peace and a member of the Ohio Legislature.
Thomas and Nancy aresaid to be buried in the Alexander Cemetery on Scotch Ridge [Scotch Ridge Presbyterian Church]. Only some 15 graves are listed on FindAGrave - their's is not among them.
