James Haydon

In 1770 Thomas bought 503 acres in St George Parish of Spotsylvania Co from Wm Fitzhugh & wife Ann of Stafford Co. He later made gifts of part of this land to sons.
Feby. 17, 1778. Thomas x Haydon of Spts. Co. to his son, James Haydon. Deed of Gift. 100 a. in St. Geo. Par., Spts. Co. Lodowich Oneal, Jno. Mullikin, Jessee Haydon. June 18, 1778.
County Records, 1778 - father Thomas Haydon gave gift of 100 acres which James & wife Elizabeth sold in 1780 to his brother John Haydon. This was part of the 503 acres bought by Thomas of William & Ann Fitzhugh of Stafford Co in April of 1770. John and his wife Lucy sold it to Richard Kenny in August of 1781.
