In the will of Joseph Anthony, 8 Sep 1808, he gave a tract of 811 acres on the north fork of the Broad River, as well as slaves, furniture, etc. to the children of Ann Early. When Joseph C. Anthony died circa October of 1811, he also mentioned children of Nancy Earley as heirs if his only son William Augustine Anthony should die.
