History of Crawford County, Arkansas, by Clara Eno has in Chapter 5 a list of brief deed abstracts. These were apparently compiled prior to the Crawford Co courthouse fire. It's regrettable that she did not offer enough information, but her purpose seemed to be an attempt to identify wives.
