Seth's second wife Mary is mentioned in his will. The estate was settled by agreement signed in 1737 by the heirs, twelve of the fifteen children being represented, five being minors. The mother, Mary, was guardian for the youngest two, Edward Aldrich for the other three minor children. The children were: Abel, William, Seth, Jacob, Sarah, married Isaac Richardson; Susanna, married John Wiley; Edward, Jonathan, Abigail Deborah, Samuel, Elizabeth.
