Mary said to have married (1) Joseph Owen. I actually founr a marriage for a Polly Davis to John Owen, 13 Sep 1827 in Davidson Co. But that makes no sense with the marriage of Polly Davis to Samuel Green on15 Aug 1826, Davidson Co, and the following 1850 census:
