Abraham Rowden [838.2.5.1] (c.1756-1840), who served during the Revolution, was head of a household of four whites in Halifax County in 1782. Five whites were in his household in 1785. He died in DeKalb County, Alabama.
John Rowden [838.2.5.2] (c.1758) married Mary Brewer.
Laban Rowden [838.2.5.3] (c.1760) married Milley Adams, a daughter of Mourning Adams, in Pittsylvania County 27 December 1785.
Joseph Rowden [838.2.5.4] (c.1765) married Susanna Adams in Pittsylvania County 6 January 1790.
Tabitha Rowden [838.2.5.5] (c.1767) married Glover Crain in Pittsylvania County 17 September 1787. He died intestate in Wilkes County, Georgia, 1799. She married second her cousin Hopkins Daniel in Wilkes County in 24 May 1800.

John Rowden said to have died 26 Apr 1817, Roane Co TN.
