Micajah was one of the first to arrive in Wilkes Co GA prior to 1778. Died mysteriously on the road between Washington and Augusta, GA.
Tax return of estate of Micajah Anthony, deceased, by Bowling Anthony, executor, 1796. Sally pays taxes as a widow. in some years after this date.

1791, Jul. 4. Micajah Anthony and Sanders Walker witnessed the deed of Arthur Wright and wife to Abraham Venable, 150 acres on Heards Mill Creek, a branch of Fishing Creek, the SE part of the original grant of 1785 - 250 acres to said Wright. J. Anthony, J. P. [Joseph or James?]

1793. Oct. 1793 to Feb. 1794 and paid Dr. Dysart. Saddle, bridle etc
purchased by Micajah from Bolling Anthony in 1787. Returns 1793
show sold bay horse to A. Manin in Richmond Co. 1787, a black horse
sold Pussau 1789. Sundry goods of Geo. Hairston 1786 to be paid for
by Va. currency. Receipt of D. Price for Sarah Anthony's tax 1793.
Receipt of Humphrey Ballard for 40s 10d. which was subscribed by
Micajah for building a meeting house 1794. Micajah's acknowledgement
of debt to Felix Gilbert 1792. Return of sale Nov. 11, 1793,
Sally Anthony bought bed, trunk, stage wagon etc. Bill 1787 to Alex.
Moss for 1 gal. of brandy. Returns for 1806. sold 200 acres in Warren
Co. to Gray Andrews.

Signed 11 Mar 1794. Petition of Bolling Anthony, admr of Micajah Anthony, dec'd to the Inferior Court of wilke Co. Jos. Pannill asked Micajah Anthony to relinquish to him his part of a plantation which he did, but said Micajah was obliged to pay the rent, case against the said Pannill in consequence. Presented this note: Joseph Pannill & Micajah Anthony of Henry Co, VA to William Mills of Hanover co VA, their note for 40 bbls corn for rent of a plantation on Matry Creek, dated 1 Dec 1781.
