Death is recorded in the St Peters Parish Registry.

Charles is the only Waddill who named a daughter Susana in this time period. There was a Susana Waddill who died 7 Mar 1720/21, recorded at St. Peters. I would think she might have been his wife. Usually, the death of a child mentioned the father, but the record could even have been this daughter. Many people have "assigned" Susana as the wife of his brother William - it's possible more information is in the Parish vestry notes.

Cabell in his book on the Majors family, omitted two of the children of Charles that I found in the Parish Registry - he omitted Susana, daughter of Charles baptized 29 May 1709, and John, son of Charles, born 5 Dec 1719.
