Although this child was listed as a "male" in 1850, I think it most likely it is the Seleta "Waddle", age 18, living with Calvin C. Waddle in 1860. The name Wilmouth is most often used for females, particularly in the Walters family.

Buried Groves Chapel Cemetery, Dycusburg, Livinston Co, KY. Seleta's Memorial has her birth as 26 Feb 1843 - but she was obviously born in 1841.
