Lydia and Capt John resided at Gravesend, Long Island along with Jonathan Holmes and his family. when the Monmouth Patent deeds were settled they moved to Monmouth Co, East Jersy, now New Jersey.
Their daughter Sarah married Richard Salter and their daughter Hannah Salter married Mordecai Lincoln, great, great grandfather of President Abraham Lincoln. The lineage is included in Ancestors of American Presidents, by Gary Boyd Roberts, 1981.
