Hinchia Sr made gifts of land to his sons between March of 1746 and 1751: 5 Mar 1746, 200 acres to Hinchia Jr.

Hinchia Jr. wrote his will on 2 Apr 1755, dying only weeks later in his early thirties. He named three sons - Evans b. about 1748 who married Elizabeth Butler, Hinchia, b. 1752 who married Dolly Clack, Seth born circa 1754 who married Elizabeth Seawell. Also named was a daughter Hannah, born about 1750. In the will Hinchia specified that Richard Hill was to have the care of Hannah. Hinchia's father Hinchia Sr and brother Joel were to be executors. The will was proved 27 May 1755 but the estate not settled until Nov 1768 when the children came of age.

28 Nov 1768, Brunswick Co WB 3, p.761. Record of accounts for the estate of Hinchia Jr. mentions payments to Hinchy Mabry, Mrs. Hannah Hill, Evans Mabry and Seth Mabry. Joel Mabry was the "surviving" executor.
