William Barnett

William's Will is found in Logan Co WB A, p.22. It was dated 29 Jun 1804. There is no date for probate, but it is recorded between Nov 1803 and Oct 1805 and is just before the probate dated Oct 1805. His wife was Elizabeth. Sons Adam Sanders Barnett & Thomas Fields Barnett to divide his estate. If wife should be with child the division to be between the three children. Wife & James Curry Barnett to be Executors. Wit: Thomas Barnett, John Barnett, John W. Shannon. Will produced in court by Elizabeth Barnett and proved by the three witnesses. The two grandsons and a granddaughter Letha were named in the Will of Thomas Barnett 27 Nov 1818.
Inventory was taken by Isaac Marrs and John Carnahan, 2 Feb 1805 and present in Court at the February term.
