26 Oct 1838. For $1 and love & affection to my sisters, Louisa A. Wilson & Maria T. Haden, all my interest in estate of my father Samuel Wilson, sister Virginia A. Wilson, and my mother Margaret Wilson that I shall acquire at her death. In the case of death of either of my said sisters without issue, the surviving sister to have the whole of my interest.

Pole marked T.B. on South bank of the river; corner to Wm Duncans. Thos Grubb's; line of M. B. Morton. It is understood that the said Louisa a. Wilson has title to 100 acres and Constant A.
