Leah married George Spears on 20 Mar 1809, Jessamine Co KY. As Leah Spears she married (2) Abraham Kellar [one of her cousins] sometime after 1834 when Abraham's first wife Betsey Kellar had died.

Leah and George Spears had six children, two of who had received their majority when a division of land was made and Leah awarded her dower land and three slaves in January of 1830.
