Prominent City Youth Wed Today
Miss Geraldine Mussellman of Rogers, Ark., and Clayton Stanford of this city were united in marriage this morning at 10 o'clock at the bride's home in Rogers.
The pastor of the Methodist church at Rogers read the vows in the presence of a small group of relatives and intimate friends.
Following the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Stanford left for New Orleans, La., for a honeymoon.
They will return here next week and reside in the Dol-Gar apartments.
Mrs. Stanford has been a teacher in the Rogers public schools and attended the University of Arkansas after graduating from high school. She is a member of Pi Beta Phi soroity.
Stanford is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Carl Stanford, prominent city residents. He is associated with his father in the drug business.
He was graduated from Holdenville high school amd attemded the University of Oklahoma and Danforth School of Pharmacy at Fort Worth, Texas. He is affiliated with the Kappa Alpha fraternity.

Marriage of Rogers Girl to Stanford Takes Place
Rogers, Ark., Jan. 10 - (Special) - The marriage of Miss Geraldine Musselman of Rogers to Clayton C. Stanford of Holdenville, took place Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Howell Hodges & Mr. Hodges, in the presence of a group of intimate friends. The single right ceremony was read by Dr. Joseph H. Miller, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church. Mr. & Mrs. Hodges were the only attendants.
The house in which the couple was married was the home of the bride's parents, the late Mr. & Mrs. E. E. Musselman when they began housekeeping nearly 40 years ago.
Following the marriage, Mr. & Mrs. Stanford left for Kansas City and other points where they will spend their honeymoon. They will make their home in Holdenville, Okla., where Mr. Sanford is associated with his father in a drug store.
The bride was born and reared in Rogers. A graduate of Rogers High School, she attended William Wood College at Fulton, MO., graduated from the University of Arkansas, and is a member of the Pi Bata Phi soroity. She has taught in the Rogers schools the last two years.
Mr. Stanford is the only son of Mr. & Mrs. Carl Stanford. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and a school of pharmacy at Fort Worth, Texas, and a member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity.
