From Ancestry FamilyTree:
In information provided (1872) in an application for a widow's pension, Priscilla Williams Freshour listed the children who were born to her and George and the ages they would have been if they had lived until that time. (She did not say if they were living or deceased.) The children were, as stated by Priscilla: Rachael aged sixty-one, Barbary aged fifty-nine, Margaret aged fifty-seven, Robert aged fifty-five, Henry aged fifty-three, Henderson aged fifty-one, Washington aged forty-nine, Milley aged forty-five, Minerva aged forty-three, and Nancy aged forty-one.
In a statement(1872) made by George and Priscilla's daughter, Nancy E Freshour Helms, resident of Fayette County, Alabama, she said that she did not know how many of her brothers and sisters were living. Some had died in that county, and some had moved to parts unknown. She said that Rachael and Barbary were born before the War of 1812. She also said that they were both dead as far as she knew. (Actually, Barbary was alive in Yell County, Arkansas)
