Polly Proctor died sometime between the filing of the Equity Case of her aunt, Nancy Haden Porter & husband William Porter, dated 22 Feb 1822, and the date that Thomas Proctor Jr delivered notices to the guardians appointed in this Equity Case which was 30 & 31 Oct 1823. Benjamin Porter, Polly's husband, was appointed guardian of the deceased Polly's child, Clark Porter. Benjamin Porter remarried in June of 1824.
The heirs of Mary Porter, deceased daughter, had already received their share as noted in the Will of Thomas Proctor, probated in 1841.
