I found two deeds, apparently those of John Price - yet his signature is noted as a P and no wife is noted. The tract to Cannon is apparently the patent he obtained 17 Aug 1725, one to Randolph was the patent of 9 July 1724.

No will or administration of an estate has been found; it's likely John Price had deeded everything to his children before his death. A deed from his son Daniel to John Bibb in Goochland Co on 20 Aug 1751 after John Price had made gifts to Daniel, William and son-in-law Samuel Shepherd, includes a dower release from Hannah Price, relict of John Price, dec'd. to Daniel Price. Mary, Daniel's wife also relinquished her dower rights.
This deed was for the 220 acres John Price had sold to Daniel in 1748. This deed indicates John Price was deceased - yet a deed of 3 April 1756 had the distinctive mark for the signature of John Price as copied by the court clerk. Hannah had not given a dower release when John Price made the gift in 1748. Then the dded of 15 Aug 1762 had as a different signature that looks more like the small cursive letter "f" and the deed of 1762 is the only deed that Hannah signed with her mark which appears to be a cursive "ff". Did someone else sign for them?

Because the following, when sold, had the distinquishing crossbar signature of this John Price - even though the deed of 1751 seems to indicate he had died, there is definitely a puzzle regarding the following tract.

On Flat Branch, Scraping Branch, David Stapleton's line Wit: William Street, William (X) Willis & Susannah (X) Willis. [Samuel Shepherd married Elizabeth Price, daughter of John Price & Hannah Williamson, so this sale was to his brother-in-law. John Price signed with his distinctive signature mark. Acknowledged by John Price the same day.

15 Aug 1762 Daniel Price and Mary his wife, of Lunenburg Co, and John Price and Hannah his wife, of Henrico [Daniel's parents] to Thomas Williamson of Henrico for 150£, 100 acres on south side of the Brook at the mouth of Timber Branch adj. Jacob Smith, John Price, William Snead & Nathaniel Bridgwater. Signed: Daniel Price, Mary Price, John (his mark) Price, Hannah (X) Price. Wit: Jonathan Patterson, Harwood Bacon, Benjamin Estes, John Bacon,David Allen, William (W) Jones, Samuel Williamson another Samuel Williamson. Rec. 7 Mar 1763.
[Would seem that this is the only John Price/Hannah couple. Yet John Price was likely deceased. Daniel Price, son of John & Hannah, is the only Daniel Price known to be in Lunenburg Co at this time. John Price, husband of Hannah, made a distinctive mark for his name (this time the reproduction of the signature look like the cursive small letter "f" and the signature of Hannah appears as a double cursive small letter "ff" - this is the only time any John Price signs with this particular mark and the only time Hannah signs anything although she had released her dower rights several times. This is the land given to Daniel by his grandfather, Thomas Williamson, in 1727, to be his only after the death of his parents, John Price and Hannah (Williamson) Price).]
