Bettie Harris died 27 Dec 1944, Bellville Sanitarium, Portland, Multnomah Co, Oregon - she had been in the hospital since 25 Sept 1944. Her residence was 1924 S. E. 58th Ave - she had lived in the state for 6 months. She died of cerebral arteriosclerosis & hypertension. She was born 19 Jun 1861, Corsicana, TX. Widowed - her husband was Benjamin G. Harris. Parents were Mark Bird, b. Lexington , KY and Araminta Fry, b. Palmyra, Missouri. Ralph Altmanns of the same address was the informant. Body removed to Corsicana, TX on Dec 28th.
