Henderson married Mary Hetrick on 4 Dec 1823. Their only child, Sarah Ann, died in 1848 in possession of 360 acres on Potts Creek. Died unmarried, without issue. Her heirs were her uncles and aunts: Boone Wilson, Alfred Wilson, John Wilson, and Rebecca Smith. Apparently only these 4 were still living in 1848.
According to the records of the Jersey Baptist Church, Lexington, Davidson Co, NC - there was at least one other child.
