Sarah was the daughter of John & Rebecca Boone. She was a first cousin, once removed, to Daniel Boone. The Boone Society publication suggests that the Wilsons also removed to Lincoln Co, TN - although several of Sarah's siblings did go to Tennesse, Sarah & John Wilson did not - they remained in North Carolina. Some of their children did move to Tennessee.
