Grant to William Terrell & William Lyttle Jr a tract of 640 acres in Davidson Co on waters of west ?harpeth River; S boundary of Hugh Lutteral & West from Joshua Hadleys Lutterals S boundary on the hurricane; James Martins N boundary and W boundary. Surveyed for Terrell & Lyttle 20 Oct 1796 in consequence of Military Warrant #1194, located 9 Jun 1796. Signed 21 May 1797.

Isaac's will was proved 30 Jan 1829 in St. Francois Co MO. He served in the Revolution and received an invalid pension for a permanent disability. He was on the Pension rolls in KY and transferred to the Missouri rolls. Lemuel Holsted signed as a witness for the transfer of the pension.
The will provides for son Thomas E - household furnishing, tools, Bible, livestock, slave Chloe, son Isaac R - loom, has already given him a horse and $125, son John received land in Tennessee which he sold which was his share. Granddaughter Susan Rhoades to have wife's saddle. Nancy Holstead, Betsey Jones, and Betsey Jones granddaughter also to have things from wife after her decease. Wife Elizabeth, all monies and personal property to be divided among three daughters after her death. Son Benjamin and Laken Walker to be Executors. Wit: John Murphy, Joseph Murphy.
