9 Nov or Dec 1700. James Blase wrote his will. It was filed for probate 3 Feb 1700/01 He named his wife as Elizabeth. She was to have his plantation for her use during her lifetime; she was not to sell the timber, but she could lease the plantation in Ingannecke if needed. James apparently had no children of his own, but named the following in his will. In this time period, "cousin" more often than not actually meant nephew or niece.
Cousin Mary Osband; Cousin Agatha Vause; Cousin Catherine Lidford. They were apparently to receive land where Mr. Maurice Cock, dec'd did live.

Elizabeth Blase wrote her will, 7 Jan 1706; filed for probate, 1 Nov 1708. she named her son Minor Minor, a granddaughter Elizabeth Minor. Sons Garrett and Peter. Also Jane Smith and Agatha Blewford. Executor was her son Garrett Minor.
