In the Name of God Amen. I Barbary Farley being of sound mind and memory do constitute and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say in the first place It is my will that my eldest son Caleb Shall have my Large English Bible in Lieu of the Birthright, further it is my will that my wearing appearel be divided between the three daughters of my daughter Mary and my daughter Margaret, my daughter Margaret to have the one half and the other half to be equally divided among my aforesiad three grad Daughters and a stouching the Residue of my Estate it is my will that the whole thereof be made into money as soon as convenient after my decease by a sale at public vendue in six weeks after my aforesaid decease and the monies from thence arising together with what yet remains due to me out of the estate of my deceased husband according to his last will and testament be equally divided between my five sons or their heirs and my daughter Margaret or her heirs and the heirs of my daughter Mary, making in the whole seven equal shares in the first place it is futher my will that my negro woman Cumby shall not be sold but be at liberty to go and reside with either of my heirs whom she shall chose taking with her, her wearing apparel chest and bedding and Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my son Joshua and my friend and Neighbour John Haces Junr to be the executors of this my last will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of september in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and three. 1803. Signer: Barba. Farley
Signed, Sealed and published and declared by the said Barbary Farley as her last will and testament in the presence of us whose names are hereunto subscribed who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as Witnesses: George Eich; Christopher Philhower.

The original will of which the foregoing is a true copy was duly proved before me at Trenton June 30, 1807, by the oath of Christopher Philhower one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and of Joshua Farley and John Haces, executors in the said testament named, probate thereof was granted in the words following to wit.
