Both this Thomas, and his first cousin, Thomas son of Thomas "of Swift Creek" lived in the area of Chickahominy in Henrico Co.
2 Sep 1765, Thomas Watkins deeded to his daughters, Elizabeth and Mary, 400 acres in Chesterfield and Cumberland Counties which he had purchased o Ezekiel Slaughter in 1759. After his death, his estate in Henrico was divided equally between Elizabeth Smith and Mary Curd, daughters and co-heirs of said Thomas Watkins.
