Martha Ann Walters; married (1st) Alex Powell and (2nd) Armistead Moore. After her death, Mr. Moore married Emma Cobb and then Maud Bardsdale. He died 1954 and was buried on the Cobb plantation in Caswell County. His sister, Martha Moore, married Ruffus Stamps, son of John Stamps, Jr. Their father, Lindsey Moore, owned a plantation adjacent to John Stamps Sr.'s plantation near Ringgold, Virginia.
