Wit: Timothy Stamps, Wm I Lewis
Proven November 21, 1859
Correction: I had previously listed children found in other databases that I now believe did not belong to Spiers & Lydia Walters, but were instead the children of John Waller & Lydia Dodson. I knew these children were not included in the Will above. They are included in the will of John Waller, Pittsylvania Co. WB II, p.322. Sarah "Sally", Phoebe who married Thomas Bolton, Pleasant, Obediah & Lydia. Online databases have confused these two families - apparently because both wives were named Lydia.
