HISTORICAL & GENEALOGY OF THE WOODSONS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS by Henry Morton Woodson. He located in Goochland county as a young man, later relocation to Prince Edward Co. The home of Richard Woodson in Prince Edward Co was called "Poplar Hill".
Richard was under 21 in Aug of 1722. His will was dated 21 Sep 1770 and proved 16 Jan 1775 in Prince Edward Co, WB 1, p.171.
There were likely other children, but apparently only these two daughters outlived their parents.
