Nathan Tiffany

Married (1) Elizabeth? Brockway, about 1726; a daughter of William & Elizabeth Brockway. He married (2) Sarah Harvey, about 1733. She was the daughter of John and Sarah Harvey.
By 1720, Nathan had his own share of his father's estate plus that of his sister Sarah Day - about two-thirds of the total estate. He sold parts of the tract during his lifetime. More was sold after his death to pay his debts. The widow Sarah was allotted 51 acres as her widow's third, and the reaminer was divided into 14 more or less equal shares of 7 to 10 acres. The eldest son, Timothy, received two shares.
