Nancy was not in the 1880 census with the White family. She had married in 1878 and was living with her inlaws and apparently listed as their "daughter" Nannie Ann.
By 1900 she was widowed and her married name was Brigance. Her sons death certificate lists his name as Heywood Brigance.

Lucinda's Texas Death Certificate #63178. She had lived in Commerce for 60 years at the time of her death. She died at home, 1308 Ash. Her full name given as Nancy Lucinda Brigance. She was 97 and, of course, widowed. Born 8 Feb 1861. Died 1 Nov 1958. Father's name: J. W. White [it was Andrew - but who would have known?]. Mother was Sarah Williams. The informant was Mrs. H. G. Long [relationship unknown]. Lucinda died of cardiac failure and senility. She was buried Rosemound Cemetery.

I did not find Lucinda listed in the online summary of this Cemetery, although her sister Mary and mother were both there. Possibly her grave never marked. Her son John is also said to be in the same cemetery, but I found no Brigance.

Son John's Texas Death Certificate #72215. John Henry Brigance. Born 7 Nov 1885, died 2 Oct 1968. He was age 82 and married at the time. He died in Commerce General Hospital where he had been for three weeks; his home address listed as 1709 Sycamore, Commerce. His father's name given as Heywood Brigance, mother as Lucinda White. His occupation given as salesman. Mrs. Gertrude Brigance was the informant -since his wife was Miriam in 1920, perhaps he married more than once. He died of gastrointestinal hemorrhage - he had colon cancer. John was buried Rosemound Cemetery, Commerce, Hunt Co TX.
