Information from Woodlawn Cemetery Book 1839-1899 by Simona Bosc Lansaw

DOB and DOD based on the Indiana death certificate. It also provides the names of her parents, Ira and Lydia (Cargill) Allen. Ira’s memorial page provides a bio which erroneously names Louisa Caroline as Elvina or Almira C, based on the 1850 census where she was listed. However, the handwriting on the census is difficult to decipher. Confusing the name issue, she sometimes used Eliza!
