Parents are said to be William & Elizabeth Pitts. The Holbrook webpage says she was born about 1622 at Newcastle, Tyne, England.
There is also in a database on Ancestry: Elizabeth Pitts baptized Bristol, Gloucestershire, England, 2 Sep 1627, daughter of William Pitts. When I looked this one up on FamilySearch - I found it but William Pitts had a second daughter Elizabeth baptized 25 Apr 1630, so I believe the child born 1627 died as an infant. No likely candidates in their database.
FindAGrave (memorial - her burial unknown) has a birth of 19 Apr 1624 and states she was probably the daughter o William & Elizabeth Pitts and the Elizabeth Holbrook granted administration of the estate of Elizabeth Pitts, 1 Aug 1655.
