According to article in the "Magazine of Virginia Genealogy" Vol. 2 #4, October 1964, written about Bernard B. Blakey, John settled in Culpeper Co VA. John is the ancestor of Mr. Blakey who wrote "The Blakey Book" c1977.
Will in the records of Culpeper County names children John, Churchill, daughters Frances who married Bush, Martha who married Morris, Sarah married Eddins, and Elizabeth married Davis. Martha likely the Martha listed in the Christ church register as "Martha, daughter of John & Jane Blakey born 4 Jan 1740. The son Churchill may have married Mary Clark in 1781.
Blakey Bible records state that sons John and Churchill were twins.
