Eugene S. Hays
Funeral services for Eugene Sanford Hays, Jr., 20, 305 East Creek Avenue, who died in an Oklahoma City Hospital, Thurday, will be held at 2:30 pm Saturday at the First Christian Church.
Rev. Kenneth Garrison, pastor of the church, will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Harvey Crowell, Arthur Franklin, John Q. Hays, Hadley Hays, Earl Grant, and David Grubbs. The Chaney Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Hays was born in Wilburton, Sept. 22 1928. He had attended McAlester High School, Oklahoma Military Academy at Claremore, and Oklahoma A. & M., Stillwater.
Membership was held in the Order of the DeMolay and the First Christian Church. Survivors include his parents. Mr. & Mrs. Eugene S. Hays, McAlester, and a sister, Mrs. Raymond Bootes, Oklahoma, City.
