Obadiah "Obed" Noland

Obed and Nathan Young were Executors of the estate of Obed's father in 1804. Obed was to receive the plantation and all the land, but to pay 300#'s to each of the heirs including himself - to be paid three years after the deaths of his father and mother. His remainder of his estate was to be equally divided between sons and daughters: William, Thomas, Philip, Henry, Joshua, Obed & Pierce Noland, and Susannah (Noland) White and Mary Noland.
Said to have married the widow Priscilla Bailey in 1798 - she is not in his will.
