Came to Madison Co KY from Bedford Co PA sometime prior to 1791. Said to have served in the Rev War on the Virginia Frontier. Operated "Noland's Ferry" across the Kentucky River from Madison Co to Clark Co, KY.

1 Oct 1793 Deed from David Scott & wife to Robert Brown proved by Henry Brown & Henry Noland, two of the witnesses and ordered recorded

1 Aug 1797 Deed from Aquila White & Susannah his wife to Henry Noland acknowledged, feme released and ordeed recorded

2 Oct 1798 Madison Co KY Court Orders: Henry Noland appointed surveyor of the road from the river to Robt Tinchers.

Henry is not on 1810 Census, just Nancy:
