George Frazier Kirkpatrick was born 16 December 1903 and died 3 8 1956. He is buried in the Cedar Shoals Church Cemetery, Richburg, Chester County, South Carolina. On 15 December 1923 he married Sallie Ella Bankhead of Bullocks Creek, Chester County, South Carolina.

Chester, Aug. 3, (Special)---George Frazier Kirkpatrick, Sr., 52, prominent farmer and dairy man of the Bascomville section of Chester County, died at the Chester County Hospital at 12:20 this afternoon after an illness of one month. A native of Chester County, he was a son of the late Davis Kirkpatrick and Lula Hafner Kirkpatrick. He was a member and ruling elder of the Cedar Shoals Presbyterian Church, a master Mason and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include his widow, the former Miss Sallie Bankhead; one daughter, Mrs. Sarah Dixon, one son, George Frazier Kirkpatrick, Jr.; one granddaughter; two sisters, Mrs. Lloyd E. Outen of Charlotte and Mrs. Roy Porter of Brevard, N. C.; three brothers, Frank Kirkpatrick of Fort Lawn, Carl Kirkpatrick of Newport, Tenn., and Davis Kirkpatrick of Roselle, N. J., and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Sunday from Cedar Shoals Presbyterian Church by the pastor, the Rev. Ellis Oakes. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The body is at Barron's funeral home in Chester and will be taken to the home at 4 p.m. Saturday.
