Zwank, age 60, of 1122 Lorraine drive, died on Tuesday, November 1, 1983, at her home after a long illness. The former June Carpenter was born June 17, 1923, in Rewey, Wisconsin. She was married to Robert H. Zwank of February 28, 1946. She has been a Madison resident for the past 38 years. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Robert; a son, Douglas of Verona; a daughter, Karen Wagner of Madison; a sister, Geraldine Shea of Ridgeway, Wisconsin; and three grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 5, at 10:30 a.m. at the Fitch Lawrence Sanfillippo Funeral Home, 6021 University Avenue, with Reverend David Hein of First United Methodist Church officiating. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or First United Methodist Church.
